To create a tee using preloaded design, wait for the designer to load first. You can choose the type of apparel from the menu on the left, accompanied with the type of design of your choosing. Please note that due to technicalities, not all designs can be paired up with all kinds of apparel. If the design is not suitable for the apparel you've chosen, it will show up grayed out and it won't be selectable.
You can change the apparel type at any moment of your creation process - the design, if chosen already, will stay at its place. You can also change the design's position and size - and don't worry about the quality. If the design will be chosen to be too big, it wil turn red, therefore alarm you that it won't look good. Some designs allow you to also change their color, which gives you even more personalisation options.
If you want to enrich the design with your own text or photo, you can do that. You can add those on the same side or on the back or shoulder (you can change views using buttons on the right side above the tee color options). Moreover, you can add more than just one preloaded design. Try mixing two or more together, giving new meaning to the old quotes.
Feel free to toy around - your time at the designer stores is unlimited and your session does not expire. Furthermore, should you want to stop creating and return later, you can use the save menu located on the top right corner. You can simply save your creation, share it on facebook and twitter, send it by e-mail or even get a HTML code to include it on your website.
As you can see, the wordboner designs are just a starting point behind the idea of designer stores. We're simply giving you a helping hand to start with - the rest is up to you! Let your imagination run wild, there are very few limitations. Q: Can I exchange or return purchased products?
A: Every product ordered at is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. (European customers should use this form).
Q: How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
A: 95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. Q: What are the washing instructions for my tee?
A: In order to get the most out of your new shirt, you should follow these care instructions:
Washing: inside-out at maximum 30°C
Drying: do not tumble dry
Ironing: also inside-out, at medium heat, without steam (avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent them from sticking together.)
Cleaning: do not dry clean

A: More than one. We usually have one or two promotions going, make sure you follow us on facebook to always stay on top of deals.
No promotion? No worries. Google "spreadshirt codes" and we're sure you'll find something.
Also, bulk orders always get a discount (you get %5 off for ordering for at least $200, 7.5% for $500 and 10% for $750).

A: No worries, sadface. Some time ago we've removed all logos from our tees for the exact reason. Just make sure you tell people where you got it!

A: We send out a newsletter to our customers every week or two with the latest designs you may find interesting. You can opt out anytime, too. If you're not a customer yet, you should definitely follow on us on tumblr.
